An amazing flavor combination of garlicky, buttery goodness – so elegant and easy to make in 20 min or less! INGREDIENTS: 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 5 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup chicken stock Juice of 1 lemon, or more, to taste 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves DIRECTIONS: Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp, salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes; set aside. Add garlic to the skillet, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in chicken stock and lemon juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in remaining 6 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, until melted and smooth. Stir in shrimp and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley leaves, if desired.

Brussels sprouts 3 Tbsp olive or avocado oil 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 3 garlic cloves minced 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Trim ends of Brussels sprouts. Wash and dry with paper towel. Place Brussels sprouts in a medium mixing bowl. Add oil and garlic. Honeyed and savory roasted sweet potatoes make for a perfect side or a pre-workout snack to fuel you up. Ingredients 1 sweet potato cut half lengthwise 2 tsp olive oil 1 TBSP liquid honey 1/2 tsp of chili powder 1/2 tsp sweet or smoked paprika 1/2 tsp Harissa or cayenne optional Kosher salt + cracked black pepper 1 lime halved Fresh chopped parsley optional Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush each sweet potato halve with olive oil, skin included. Season the entire sweet potato with kosher salt + cracked black pepper. Score the top halves (interior flesh) with a knife. This is the best damn pulled pork recipe i’ve ever made. Yes, you read that correctly. And it’s made in an Instant Pot electric pressure cooker! INGREDIENTS 4lb Pork Butt Roast, boneless or bone-in 3 tbs light brown sugar 2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground mustard 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp liquid smoke 2 tbs olive oil 1/2 – 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce. Ingredients 1 cup Buttermilk 4 boneless chicken breast 2 teaspoons taco seasoning salt and pepper 10 ounces Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies 1 cup queso 12 ounces 1 cup pepper jack and cheddar cheese shredded Instructions Place chicken in ziplock bag with buttermilk and let sit overnight or at least for 30 minutes. Drain, and pat dry. Preheat oven to 375º. Sprinkle chicken with taco season and salt and pepper. Place in a glass baking dish. Drain tomatoes and chilies and place half on chicken, cover with queso and place the rest of the tomatoes on top. Cover with grated cheese mixture. Marsala wine and mozzarella cheese got together and decided to skip the traditional chicken marsala on the menu, instead upping the ante with a buttery pan seared chicken & mushroom dish called Chicken Lombardy. It sounds fancy, but you’ll soon discover it’s shockingly simple. It’s the best use of both wine & cheese in a single recipe! Ingredients 8 oz pkg sliced baby bella mushrooms 2 tbsp butter, melted 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup Marsala wine salt & pepper, to taste 1/2 tbsp corn starch + 1 tbsp water 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 2-3 green onions, thinly sliced US Customary - Metric Instructions Cut each chicken breast evenly in half, lengthwise.
